Another large room with 3 twin bunk beds, a twin sleeper sofa, foosball table, TV, Xbox game console, and a cozy play area with carpet, books, and board games for the younger kids.

In the winter you can use the large two car garage to put down your ski and snowboard equipment, and enter a heated mudroom with half bathroom, benches to sit down and take your boots off, and shelves to hang your coats and helmets. From the mudroom you can also go outside to the vast, private backyard, where you will enjoy a brand new 8-person hot-tub, surrounded by trees and mountain views.
