Nope! We encourage you to keep using those platforms. LoonieBnB is an additional way to boost bookings. We will sync calendars via iCal or API to help avoid double-bookings.

Just head over to the List Your Property page, fill out the form and that’s it!  We will take your listing hyperlink – be it Airbnb, VRBO or direct booking site and automatically process it. It virtually takes us just a few minutes to have your site live. Need help? Reach out and we’ll walk you through it.

 Of course! Anyone can book through LoonieBnB. But Canadians get currency related discounts, perks, and CAD payment options when available. Discounts are not limited to Canadian guests by any means.

Yes! Since owners avoid major platform fees, they can pass the savings on to you. Combine that with Canadian-dollar pricing and you’re golden. 

Each listing will show accepted payment methods. We apply CAD pricing discounts based on the par value of USD vs CAD on foreign exchange market. So for example, 1 CAD equals .7223 USD. The booking guest will enjoy a 28% discount on their first booking with membership. So while we process in American dollars – our deals are consider the value of Canadian dollar when we introduce discounts.

Cancellation policies vary by listing. Most allow cancellations up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund — but always check the listing details to be sure. Property owners apply their own booking rules and policies.
